Before you place your order, please make sure you have at least 3 clear photos of the pet you want us to illustrate. If this is a gift, this can be tricky sometime, however, it is paramount to the success of a beautiful illustration the receiver will cherish forever.
While our designs are inspired by the headshot you provide, it's important to note that our illustration style is not photo-realistic. As such, we reserve the right to exercise artistic liberties in coloring and depiction, ensuring each piece retains its unique charm and character.
To ensure we provide top-notch service and products, please email us all necessary details listed in the product description to INFO@THEPRETTYMUTT.com. If we don't receive your pet photos within 48 hours of your purchase, we may have to cancel your order.
Here's what we need from you:
Your name and order number.
At least 2 clear photos of your pet (refer to the photo instructions in the listing) and yourself if needed. Depending on the desired pose for the illustration, please send appropriate photos: full body, facing the camera, etc.
By default, your digital file will be 300px quality sized 8” x 10”.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to create your illustration after receiving all necessary information.
Your order will be delivered as both a jpg.file and png.file, customized to 8" x 10". If you prefer a different size, please specify in your email. For optimal print quality, we recommend printing in the provided size or smaller. Enlarging the file beyond this may result in quality loss and pixelation.
